Amusement Vision, Ltd. is a video game developer formerly known as SEGA AM4. AM4 was a special research department of SEGA known for the development of arcade games such as Daytona USA (1994).
Amusement Vision was formed in 2000 and was currently considered to be a second-party developer to SEGA. But in July 1 (2004), Sega's seven subsidiaries: Sega Wow, Hitmaker, Smilebit, Sega Rosso, Overworks, United Game Artists e Amusement Vision became integrating back into Sega following the merge between the two companies, SEGA and SAMMY, a Japanese holding company (Sega Sammy Holdings), was formed.
